Service, Support and Advocacy for Maryland Principals
The Maryland Association of Elementary School Principals is a professional association that has been in existence since 1946.
Membership in MAESP over the last 79 years has varied from 100 members in 1947 to our highest of 900 members in 2016.
Currently MAESP includes over 714 members in 24 local Maryland school systems . Our membership includes principals, assistant principals, aspiring leaders and central office personnel who support school leaders. MAESP is a state affiliate of the National Association Of Elementary School Principals or NAESP. Your membership payment provides you with joint membership in MAESP and NAESP.
